I'm an AI Solution Architect and Senior Software Engineer with 16+ years architecting, building, and securing enterprise systems — now applying that depth to the design of production-grade AI platforms and to AI-native software engineering methodology itself.

I designed and operate a tiered, multi-agent AI engineering system — Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku models routed by task, role-specialized agents, and human-gated deploys — and used it to deliver FactGuard, a multi-surface AI fact-verification platform (iOS, web, REST API, and MCP server). I've architected additional production-grade systems spanning offline-first multimodal safety tooling, cloud/edge hybrid incident response, and evidence-integrity infrastructure for AI pipelines.

My practice combines hands-on work across the modern AI stack — the Anthropic Claude API, Apple Foundation Models, Google Vertex AI, MCP servers, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration — with deep cloud (AWS, Firebase/GCP), security (NIST 800-53), and full-stack experience leading a team of three engineers at a U.S. state agency.

    Founded a solo venture studio building AI-native products end-to-end — architecture, engineering, security, and launch — operated through a proprietary multi-agent AI engineering platform.

    • Architected a multi-agent AI software-engineering platform with tiered model routing, role-specialized agents, and fail-closed CI security-review gates verified adversarially with bait pull requests.
    • Delivered FactGuard, a multi-surface AI fact-verification platform (iOS, web, public REST API, MCP server) on Firebase/GCP with a proprietary multi-step verification engine and multi-provider model routing.
    • Built a cloud/edge hybrid multi-agent platform for IT incident response, with incident-commander orchestration, zero-trust credential handling, and blast-radius analysis before any automated action.
    • Designed an evidence-integrity layer for AI verification pipelines using Ed25519 cryptographic signing to detect and reject tampered or poisoned inputs.
    • Built a CRDT-based distributed coordination store letting AI agents on multiple machines share state and knowledge without a central server.

    • Led solution architecture, development, and operations for the agency's full digital footprint — a public-facing site serving 100,000+ annual visitors, an intranet portal, and a portfolio of integrated enterprise applications.
    • Prototyped a Retrieval-Augmented Generation solution on Google Vertex AI, Google AI Studio, and NotebookLM to surface insights from internal agency documents.
    • Evaluated locally-hosted open-source LLMs via Ollama and LLaMA 3, integrated through LangChain and MCP servers, for secure on-premise AI under data-sovereignty constraints.
    • Drove a 2–3x acceleration in team delivery velocity by adopting AI-assisted, agentic coding workflows with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and VS Code.
